I've worked for Forward in various roles, across nearly all of their online properties.

Most recently I've been part of Forward Labs, using the lean startup methodology to create and icubate new companies.

They've been able to involve me in building websites & webapps, usability testing, UX advice, standardising UI and a range of other responsibilities. 

They have a post-agile development environment requiring a fresh approach to integrating design, usability & UX work into the development cycle.
